How do you get more Minneapolis citizens to choose tap water over bottled water? We set up a cost-effective way to scale several messages to a wide range of audiences. The web was chosen as the home of the campaign. Supporting tactics included developing digital spots, print and web advertising, social media, community events, public relations and experiential.
